Welcome to Novel Place.

Freedom and purpose re-imagined for those 55 years and better.

Novel Place is independent living for people who’d rather spend their days doing what they love than keeping up a house. We have two communities in the Kansas City area, and both share the same relaxed, welcoming feel: bright apartments with full kitchens, courtyards built for long talks around the fire pit, and neighbors who quickly become friends. Dining, light housekeeping, transportation and a full calendar of activities are all covered by one monthly rate. There’s no buy-in fee and no long-term contract. Just pick the community closest to you and come see it for yourself.
